Welcome and thanks for visiting my site. I hope you find the information useful.

I started Neuro-Energy Massage and Wellness as a small independent practice back in 2006 to promote overall health and healing through professional therapeutic massage therapy based on a truly client centered approach.

Each one of us is on their own unique health and wellness journey with their own perspective on their health and their wellness goals. A client centered approach means:

          the therapist takes the time to understand their client's journeys,

          properly assesses and engages them in discussion,

          proposes effective and safe treatments that are agreeable to both the therapist and client,

          implements therapy in a beneficial and relaxing way,

and the therapist reviews treatment plans and consults medical sources to ensure treatment plans remain effective and in alignment with the client’s wellness and therapy goals.

I have experience working with a wide array of clients, both young and old, including clients with acute and chronic injuries, complex and chronic medical conditions, post-surgical recoveries, prenatal clients, athletes, professional musicians and dancers, office and trade workers, and healthcare professionals.
