Registration

You may register for any upcoming class by mail using the pre-printed form below or through our PayPal portal. Registrations should be received at least one week before their scheduled date. Please contact us if you need to register within one week of the schedule class date.  

Please note all registrants will be asked to acknowledge our registration attendance and cancelling polices during registration. Payments processed through the PayPal portal acknowledge and agreed to these policies.

Please read the following statements.

The classroom environment is designed to be laid back, but within the limits of good manners and respect for others. I expect punctuality to class with eager minds and hearts to learn and participate. Full attendance is required for CEU's to be awarded. All participants are expected to adhere to the utmost in professional standards and ethics during our time together as well in your own practices to keep the environment safe for everyone.

Participants registering by mail must include this form and credit card information or payment in the form of a check made out to Neuro-Energy Massage & Wellness. Registrations will be honored up to the day of the class if there is space available. Day of class registrations must be made in person with full payment. Please call ahead of time if you are planning on registering within one week of the scheduled class. Refunds for the total amount will be processed using the same form of payment if the class is cancelled due to emergencies, inclement weather or low enrollment. If the participant cancels, all payments will be refunded using the same form of payment less processing and cancelation fees. No photography or videography of classes is allowed.
